These days, many kinds of business are being done via the internet and doing business has become so easy through electronic commerce and electronic business. One of the more important implementations of electronic commerce has been predicting the security price movements, especiall y because concrete and on-time predicts are crucial. The Fibonacci sequence is used as a technical indicator.The best use of the sequence is to predict future irregular cyclic moves in a stock which are based on past moves. Fibonacci sequence can be applied to progressions of price support and resistance levels by using an initial price as the first number of a Fibonacci series and thenpredicting the another price or resistance level. In this paper, a suitable solution for predicting price movements suggested, using golden ratios and Fibonacci sequence.
