Carbon nanomaterial production by decomposing of methane gas in a thermal plasma processing are carried
out with AC arc discharge method. In this method, the Rod-plane electrodes (fig. 1) are connected to high
voltage power supply. Study of involved conditions in growth and behavior of carbon ions in deposition, help
to researchers to construction of varied devices with electrical and mechanical properties
