Let $\\mathcal{H}$ be a complex Hilbert space and $A,B\\in B(\\mathcal{H})$ such that $0 lt;A,B\\leq\\frac{1}{2}I$. Setting $A\ :=I-A$ and $B\ :=I-B$, we obtain some inequalities concerning the weighted arithmetic and harmonic operator means of $A$, $B$, $A\ $ and $B\ $. Also, we obtain some unitarily invariant norm inequalities.
