-Research is the cornerstone for advancement of human communities, so that it is one of the indexes for evaluating advancement of countries. Research projects are usually cost-consuming and time-consuming and do not end in result in short term. Project scheduling is one of the integral parts of project management. The present article compares 3 techniques for scheduling research projects. Results of researches prove that the method of using fuzzy Numbers and Fuzzy relation in Project scheduling is powerful tool to estimate time for research projects
