A gray decision-making approach for weighting the organization indexes

Process management is reality-based on the transcendent organizations. Accordingly, when all related activities are understood and they are managing systematicallythe organization will be operating effectively. In this research we are presented recommended method to calculate the weightedaverage process indices based on managers mental judgment, by using the several methods including: theory of credibility, fuzzy transparency mean and the Shannon entropy.
