جلب رضايت شغلي كاركنان سازمان مهمترين سرمايه مديريت مي باشد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي متغييرهاي متعددي است كه در رضايت شغلي منابع انساني تاثير مي گذارند. مطالعه با روش كتابخانه اي و تحليل محتواي متون به كشف، تبيين و توصيف عوامل تاثيرگذار بر رضايت شغلي مي پردازد و با بكارگيري آن در منابع انساني شركتهاي تابعه صنعت نفت ايران به توسعه مفاهيم اشاره مي نمايد. رضايت شغلي در سازمان باعث افزايش كارايي و اثر بخشي هر چه بيشتر سازمان مي شود. شناسايي عوامل ايجاد رضايت كاركنان و نيز ارزيابي رضايت شغلي آنان به عنوان اقدامي كليدي درجهت اهداف ياد شده، نقشي چشمگير دارد. از عوامل مهمي كه در اين مطالعه بررسي شده اند مي توان به ماهيت كار ، محيط كاري ، ميزان استرس، روابط سازماني و رفتار و روابط انسان ها در سازمان، اخلاق اسلامي ، فرهنگ سازماني، پرداخت و حقوق، سلامت روان و فعاليت هاي جسمي، عزت نفس، حمايت اجتماعي، سبك مديريت مشاركتي و رهبري اشاره كرد، كه همگي رابطه ي معنا داري با ميزان رضايت شغلي سرمايه انساني در شركت هاي صنعت نفت ايران دارند
