In this paper, the use of low cost, recycle waste and eco-friendly adsorbent has been investigated as an alternative method for replacement of currently expensive method for removing dye from wastewater. Experiments were carried out as a function of contact time, initial concentration, adsorption dosage and pH. The results indicated that the pseudo-second-order model (Adsorption kinetic) was best applicable to the sorption data.
