Isolation 7 – O – ( 1 – Methoxy isopropyl) – 8 – prenyl – coumarin of pharmaceutical plant Ferulago subvelutian Ferulago subvelutina is the Apiaceae family. In this project, powder of root with soxhelt standard method is extracted with solvent n hexan and concentrated in vacuum situation with rotary evaporator. Then with chromatography method: analytical thin layer, liquid in vacuum, column and preparative thin layer,respectively, the substance is separated and extracted. Then spectrometried with NMR500 and after spectrum interpretation named 7 – O – ( 1 – Methoxy isopropyl) – 8 – prenyl – coumarin.
