پيش‌ بيني پيوندها در شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي مبتني بر الگوريتم ازدحام ذرات بهبوديافته

Link prediction in social networks based on the improved particle swarm algorithm

امروزه شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي به دليل فراگير شدن يكي از ابزارهاي مفيد براي ارتباط بين انسان‌ها است و روزبه‌روز بر محبوبيت آن اضافه مي‌شود. رشد شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي به‌منزله اضافه شدن كاربران جديد و ارتباط ميان آن‌ها است. بنابراين پيش‌بيني پيوند در گسترش بهينه شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي و همچنين از جنبه علمي در زمينه‌هاي چالش‌برانگيز ديگري مانند رفتارهاي اجتماعي افراد، تجارت الكترونيك، تحقيقات جنايي و سيستم‌هاي پيشنهادگر و غيره مي‌تواند بسيار مفيد و مؤثر باشد. در اين مقاله روش پيشنهادي براي پيش‌بيني پيوند بر اساس روش ازدحام ذرات بهبوديافته است كه ازدو پارامتر جهش و ادغام الگوريتم ژنتيك بمنظور انتخاب زيرمجموعه مناسبي از ويژگي ها و ماشين بردار پشتيبان براي ايجاد مدل و بهبود آن استفاده‌شده است.

Social networking today is one of the most useful tools for communication between humans and is being added to popularity every day. The growth of social networks is the addition of new users and the connection between them. Therefore, link prediction can be very useful and effective in expanding the social networking as well as in the scientific field in other challenging areas such as social behaviors of individuals, e-commerce, criminal investigations and advocacy systems, etc. In this paper, the proposed method for prediction of transplantation has been improved based on the particle swarm method, which uses two mutant parameters and the integration of the genetic algorithm in order to select the appropriate subset of the characteristics and backup vector machine to create the model and improve it.
