Proposition a model for success of in-service training in Iranian organizations (A case study: Municipality of Bandar Abbas)

This study was carried out to Proposition a model for success of in-service training in Iranian organizations. This study was a descriptive survey and the survey instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical society was all of personnel in Municipality of Bandar Abbas. Sample size (245 persons) determination is based on the Krejcie and Morgan table and cluster random sampling method was used. After data collection, data analysis was performed using SPSS. Results showed that use of technology, management of organization and knowledge management have significant effect on success of in-service training
