    In this article, micro-switch is proposed with the technology of MEMS. This microswitch is designed to transmit RF signals at 2.4GHz and 5W. The micro-switch is located on the CPW transmission line with an impedance of 50 ohms. Micro-switch is a capacitive type that is powered by a dual microprobe and is stimulated by two electrostatic plates at a pull-in voltage of about 29v. In this paper, COMSOL analysis was used to measure displacement by electrostatic plates and spontaneous stimulation and other micro-switch characteristics. In this design, the HFSS analysis measures the amount of isolation and insertion losses. The isolation loss value and the insertion loss value are about -14dB and -0.25dB respectively.
