E-Business: ERP success and knowledge transfer

Using integrated organizational systems has had priority over other organizational plans in the world in recent years due to movement of organizations from activity-oriented approach to process-oriented approach. In this regard the most important tool is enterprise resource planning system (ERP). Knowledge and capability of production and optimization are one of the important factors in creating competitive advantage in the organization. Implementation and utilization of enterprise resource planning systems requires an extensive level of knowledge and deals with the issue of knowledge transfer among those who are involved in the project like other information technology projects.
