The Genesis and Formation Source of Zeolitees and Determination of Zeoliteic Horizons of Teharan Province, Iran

Zeoliees are crystallized Alumina silicate which contains alkaline cations and replaceable alkaline cations e.g. Na, K, Mg and Ca. Different industrial usage of Zeolitee and wide spread of this mineral in Iran provide more exploration, exploitation and mineral processing studies. In this case recognition of Zeoliee, their genesis and formation condition are very important. Iran has a great potential of Zeolitee forming. In this manner, the Zeoliteic horizons of Tehran province have determined. The Zeolites are in the east part of Tehran province. Several Zoelitic zones are determined, e.g. Hesarbaan zone, mining zone of Talijareh and ve'in. Taking in to geographical view all of these zones are in the same direction as well in the stratigraphic point of view they are in the last part of Karaj formation.
