In this paper a novel method for powder metallurgy has been presented so that low-porosity, undistorted thin plates, up to 1mm thick, can be fabricated with reasonable price. This paper presents a brief description for traditional powder forming methods and their limitations. Next, it illustrates the novelty of the suggested method, explains the new device, and the visual proof. At the end, it concludes with the advantages of the new method presented in this study.
