The local dynamic around the equilibria of the predator-prey models will be studied by the
properties of Jacobian matrix, but the global analysis is more complicated and more interested.
In this paper using the properties of differential inequalities, we study the global analysis of a
delayed predator-prey model, as well as boundedness of solutions, permanence and the global
stability of boundary equilibria
