In this article we present overall efficiency of two stage supply chain in DEA-R.by separation of sustainability factors in supply chain we consider ratio of outputs to intermediate and intermediate to inputs. At the end we suggest the genetic algorithm for calculation of two stage supply chain overall efficiency in DEA-R.
