In this research, adsorption of penicillin by single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) has been investigated from kinetics perspective. Three famous adsorption kinetics model, namely pseudo first order, pseudo second order, and Elovich models were employed to fit experimental data. Based on the results, adsorption of penicillin onto SWCNTs was well obeyed by pseudo second order model.
