The aim of this investigation was to measure the influence of quercetin on urease activity.In this paper,the interaction of Jack Bean Urease (JBU) with quercetin was studied by isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC) at 298 K.The Hill equation was used to analysis the heats of interaction.
