ROLE ASSIGNMENT IN FUZZY SOCIAL NETWORK

In this paper, we generalize the notion of regular equiv-alence to fuzzy social networks based on two alternative de nitionsof regular equivalence. The rst generalization, called regular sim-ilarity, is based on the characterization of regular equivalence asan equivalence relation that commutes with the underlying socialrelations. The second generalization, called generalized regularequivalence, is based on the de nition of role assignment or color-ing.
