The designed colloidal photonic crystals have brilliant band gape effects are widely used in magnetic devices. There are different ways for introducing magnetic material such as BiFeO3 in these structures. Since the electrical and magnetic properties of the magnetic cease chemical composition, thin-layer construction method is needed in which the stoichiometry of the material does not change. One of the ways that these components are well preserved is the use of the pulse laser (PLD) method. In this article, the magnetic BiFeO3 film has been deposited by PLD method on colloidal photonic crystal substrate, and characterized it’s properties.
