تغيير سيستم تغذيه خط خودرو HAIMA از روش Lot By Lot به Part By Part (مطالعه موردي: شركت ايران خودرو خراسان)

Changing the HAIMA car line feeding system from Lot By Lot method to Part By Part method (Case study: Iran Khodro Khorasan Company)

افزايش نياز و استقبال گسترده مشتريان از خودروهاي شاسي بلند و همچنين وجود زير ساخت توليد و مونتاژ در شركت ايران خودرو خراسان زمينه را براي افزايش توليد اين محصولات فراهم نمود. در اين راستا لازم بود كه زير ساختهاي لجستيكي نيز متناسب با ساير زيرساختها فراهم تا امكان توليد بهينه و با حداقل توقفات فراهم گردد. از آنجايي كه علاوه بر افزايش توليد، افزايش تنوع محصولات در خطوط فعلي نيز مد نظر مي باشد از منظر لجستيكي، فضاي ايستگاه هاي كاري مونتاژ قادر به تدارك و لجستيك بهينه براي اپراتور توليد نبوده و لذا تغيير سيستم و روش تغذيه خط از روش لات باي لات از ضروريات پروژه افزايش ظرفيت توليد مي باشد. به منظور تغيير سيستم تغذيه خلاصه اقدامات شامل : تهيه لي اوت هاي انبارش و بازگشايي پك، جريان مواد، آدرس دهي اقلام در قفسه هاي و فضاهاي لجستيكي، برنامه حمل و فرآيندهاي اجرايي تهيه و... انجام گرديد مزاياي اجراي اين روش بطور خلاصه علاوه بر ايجاد انعطاف در خط توليد براي توليد محصولات متنوع و افزايش تيراژ توليد ، شرايط اضافه شدن هر محصول جديد به خط توليد را تسهيل مي نمايد.

The increase in the demand and widespread acceptance of customers for SUVs as well as the existence of production and assembly infrastructure in Iran Khodro Khorasan provided the basis for increasing the production of these products. In this regard, it was necessary to provide logistics infrastructures in accordance with other infrastructures in order to provide the possibility of optimal production with minimum stops. Since, in addition to increasing production, increasing the variety of products in the current production lines is also considered, from a logistical point of view, the space of the assembly workstations was not able to provide optimal logistics for the production operator, and therefore, changing the system and feeding method of the line from the lot by lot method is one of the necessities of the project to increase the production capacity. In order to change the feeding system, a summary of measures including: preparation of warehouse layouts and unpacking, material flow, addressing of items in shelves and logistics spaces, preparation of transportation plan and executive processes, etc., were carried out. On creating flexibility in the production line for the production of various products and increasing production circulation, it facilitates the conditions of adding any new product to the production line.
