Situations and challenges of implementing Industry 4.0 technology

استراتژي ھاي نوين در نگھداري و تعمير نقش بسزايي در افزايش عملكرد صنايع مختلف بصورت فني و كاھش ھزينھ ھا دارند. انقلاب صنعتي نسل چھارم تاثير بسياري در افزايش عملكرد فني صنايع مختلف و كاھش ھزينھ ھا ايفا مي كند. تكنولوژي ھاي موجود در صنعت ۴.٠ باعث عرضھ فناوري ھاي نوين مرتبط با صنعت مي شود كھ قابليت تعمير و نگھداري را ارتقا مي بخشد. از جملھ فناوري ھاي نوين مي توان تعمير و نگھداري تجھيزات بصورت ريموت و خود نگھداري اشاره كرد. در اين پژوھش، آخرين فناوري ھاي انقلاب صنعتي نسل چھارم در يك كارخانھ ھوشمند كھ تاثير بسزايي بر سياست ھاي تعمير و نگھداري دارند مورد بررسي و كاربردھاي آنھا در استراتژي ھا مورد بحث قرار مي گيرند. از گرايشاتي كھ در سياست ھاي تعمير و نگھداري وجود دارد مي توان تعمير و نگھداري از راه دور و تعميرات خودكار را مثال زد. ھدف اين پژوھش، نقش و بررسي آخرين فناوري ھاي انقلاب صنعتي نسل جھارم و چالش ھاي موجود در آن است.

New strategies in maintenance and repair play a significant role in increasing the technical performance of various industries and reducing costs. The fourth generation industrial revolution has a great impact on increasing the technical performance of various industries and reducing costs. Existing technologies in Industry 4.0 will provide new technologies related to the industry that will improve the ability to maintain and maintain. Among the new technologies, remote and self-maintenance of equipment can be mentioned. In this research, the latest technologies of the fourth generation industrial revolution in a smart factory that have a significant impact on maintenance policies are examined and their applications in strategies are discussed.
