ظهور فناوري هاي اخير در حوزه اطلاعات و ارتباطات، شهر هوشمند را به عنوان پاراديم جديدي براي بهينه‌سازي پوياي منابع و ارائه امكانات و كيفيت زندگي بهتر، پديد آورده است. همچنين با پيشرفت‌هاي كنوني در زمينه فناوري‌هاي اينترنت اشيا (IoT) كه منجر به تسهيل اتصال دنياي فيزيكي با دنياي پردازش اطلاعات پيچيده شده است، چشم اندازهاي آرمان شهري مرتبط با مفهوم شهرهاي هوشمند نيز قدم بزرگي را به سمت واقعيت برداشته است. هر روزه شاهد شكل گيري مولفه‌هاي جديدي در زمينه شهرهاي هوشمند هستيم. شكل گيري شهرهاي هوشمند منجر به بهبود كيفيت زندگي شده است و تاثير به سزايي نيز روي توسعه پايدار داشته است. با اين حال، همچنان يك سري مسائل مرتبط با امنيت و حريم خصوصي وجود دارند كه بايد در اين زمينه حل شوند. لازم به ذكر است كه رويكردهاي سنتي مرتبط با امنيت سايبري را نمي‌توان مستقيما در مورد شهرهاي هوشمند به كار گرفت؛ اين موضوع به خاطر عدم يكنواختي، مقياس پذيري و همچنين مشخصه‌هاي پوياي مربوط به شهرهاي هوشمند مي‌باشد. آگاهي از تهديدات مربوط به فاكتورهاي امنيتي و حريم خصوصي در طراحي و پياده سازي مكانيزم‌ها، بسيار ضروري است. ما با در نظر گرفتن اين موارد، وضعيت كنوني مربوط به شهرهاي هوشمند را از لحاظ امنيت و حريم خصوصي، مورد بررسي قرار داده‌ايم. اين مقاله با ارائه يك ديد كلي در زمينه مفهوم شهرهاي هوشمند آغاز مي‌شود. در ادامه نيز مسائل مرتبط با امنيت و حريم خصوصي در سامانه‌هاي فعلي مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. همچنين در اين مقاله به ارائه تكنولوژي‌هاي حفاظتي موجود نيز پرداخته شده است و نهايتا، مسائل بدون پاسخ كه نياز به بررسي بيشتر دارند نيز معرفي گرديده‌اند كه مي‌توانند مسيري براي تحقيقات آينده در اين حوزه باشند.

The emergence of recent technologies in the field of information and communication has created the smart city as a new paradigm for dynamic optimization of resources and providing better facilities and quality of life. Also, with the current developments in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies that have facilitated the connection of the physical world with the world of complex information processing, the utopian visions associated with the concept of smart cities have also taken a big step towards reality. Every day we witness the formation of new components in the field of smart cities. The formation of smart cities has led to the improvement of the quality of life and has had a significant impact on sustainable development. However, there are still a number of security and privacy issues that need to be addressed. It should be noted that traditional approaches related to cyber security cannot be directly applied to smart cities; This issue is due to the lack of uniformity, scalability, and dynamic characteristics of smart cities. It is very necessary to be aware of the threats related to security and privacy factors in the design and implementation of mechanisms. With these things in mind, we have reviewed the current state of smart cities in terms of security and privacy. This article begins by providing an overview of the concept of smart cities. In the following, issues related to security and privacy in the current systems are examined. Also, in this article, the existing protection technologies have been presented, and finally, unanswered issues that need further investigation have been introduced, which can be a path for future research in this field.
