بررسي و ارزيابي تاثير تفكر سيستمي بر كاهش اثرات بحران زلزله در پروژه هاي عمراني مشهد

Investigating and evaluating the impact of systemic thinking on reducing the effects of the earthquake crisis in the construction projects of Mashhad

ايران يكي از كشورهاي لرزه خيز در جهان مي باشد و وقوع زلزله هاي با قدرت‌هاي كم تا زياد موجب بروز بحران‌هايي در پروژه هاي عمراني بخصوص پروژه هاي عمراني شهر مشهد شده است، اين پروژه ها به لحاظ شرايط فيزيكي و اجرايي در مراحل انجام تاثيرات كم تا زيادي از اين زلزله‌ها و بحران‌ها را به خود اختصاص داده است و زمان آن فرارسيده است با بكارگيري از ابزارهاي قدرتمند به گونه‌‌اي برنامه ريزي شود كه آثار اين بحران بسيار كم و حتي بي تاثير گردد. اين پژوهش با هدف تجزيه و تحليل تاثير تفكر سيستمي بر كاهش اثرات بحران زلزله در پروژه‌هاي عمراني مشهد به شيوه فيش برداري و استفاده از 20 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع انجام گرديد و نتايج به دست امده حاكي از آن بود كه تفكر سيستمي در پروژه هاي عمراني شهر مشهد‌ مي‌تواند به عنوان يك عامل و يا يك فرايند موجب كاهش اثرات بحران زلزله گرديده است.

Iran is one of the earthquake-prone countries in the world, and the occurrence of low to high earthquakes has caused crises in construction projects, especially construction projects in the city of Mashhad, in terms of physical and operational conditions. The stages of carrying out small to large effects of these earthquakes and crises have been assigned to it, and the time has come to plan by using powerful tools in such a way that the effects of this crisis will be very little or even ineffective. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of systemic thinking on reducing the effects of the earthquake crisis in the construction projects of Mashhad by means of surveying and using 20 articles related to the subject, and the results obtained indicated that systemic thinking in construction projects The city of Mashhad can reduce the effects of the earthquake crisis as a factor or a process.
