Analysis of the effect of value engineering on cost reduction in mass construction projects in Mashhad

استفاده از الگوي صحيحي براي كاهش هزينه در پروژه هاي انبوه ساز مشهد‌‌، جزء خواسته ها و نيازهاي اساسي مديران پروژه و كافرمايان اين پروژه ها مي باشد. مهندسي ارزش‌‌، تلاش سازمان يافته اي است كه با هدف بررسي و تحليل فعاليت ها در مراحل طراحي‌‌، اجرا‌‌، بهره برداري و نگهداري انجام شده‌‌، با استفاده از تجارب‌‌، ابتكارها و خلاقيت متخصصان در جهت تحليل كاركرد سيستم ها‌‌، عوامل‌‌، تجهيزات‌‌، تاسيسات و فرايندها به منظور دستيابي به كاركردهاي پيش بيني شده‌‌، با كمترين هزينه و با حفظ يا ارتقاي كيفيت‌‌، به عنوان يك راهكار ساختارمند و كاركردگرا براي كنترل هزينه هاي غيرضروري بدون فدا كردن كيفيت كاركرد صورت مي گيرد. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير مهندسي ارزش بر ‌كاهش هزينه در پروژه هاي انبوه ساز شهر مشهد انجام شد و نتايج نشان داد مهندسي ارزش تاثير قابل توجهي بر ‌كاهش هزينه در پروژه هاي انبوه ساز شهر مشهد داشت.

Using the right model to reduce costs in mass construction projects in Mashhad is part of the basic needs and desires of project managers and contractors of these projects. Value engineering is an organized effort with the aim of reviewing and analyzing activities in the stages of design, implementation, operation and maintenance, using the experiences, initiatives and creativity of specialists to analyze the functioning of systems, factors, The equipment, installations and processes in order to achieve the expected functions, at the lowest cost and by maintaining or improving the quality, as a structured and functional solution to control unnecessary costs without sacrificing the quality of operation. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of value engineering on cost reduction in mass construction projects in Mashhad city, and the results showed that value engineering had a significant effect on cost reduction in mass construction projects in Mashhad city.
