Abstract The current study aims at finding out which dimension of online education has the highest influence on Iranian senior high school EFL learners’ satisfaction. 100 female elementary EFL learners took part in this study. Satisfaction questionnaire developed by Stefanovic, Drapsin, Nikolic, Scepanovic (2011) was employed. The results indicated that technology comprising technology quality and Internet quality is the most influential factor on e-learners satisfaction. Course dimension including courses’ flexibility in time, location, and methods and the quality of well-designed e-Learning programs is the next factor. Environmental dimension including diversity in assessment and interaction in online learning environment and finally instructor dimension comprising Instructors’ attitudes toward e-Learning and Instructors’ timely response respectively are the other factors influencing e-learners satisfaction.
