Investigating and analyzing the causes of the Plasco building collapse and the loss of a large number of firefighters

This article was written about the collapse of the Plasco building in Tehran, and we intend to analyze this incident in a concrete way and express the root factors using the error tree analysis method and Top Event FTA software. In this article, two major events are examined. The first is the collapse of the Plasco building and the second is the loss of a large number of firefighters in the accident, which is of course the second most important event.
