تاثير روايت پژوهي در حرفه معلمي

The impact of narrative research in the teaching profession

در پژوهش حاضر، به اهميت روايت پژوهي، تاثير، مزايا و معايب اجرا يا عدم اجراي آن در حرفه معلمي و همچنين نظام آموزشي پرداخته شده است. با توجه به اهميت فوق العاده زياد شغل معلمي درهمه نظام هاي آموزشي، هر جامعه نيازمند اين است كه براي توسعه و پيشرفت همه جانبه به شغل و حرفه معلمي توجه ويژه اي داشته باشد. در اين مقاله، ماهيت روايت پژوهي، علل نياز به آن، مقايسه روايت پژوهي در ايران با ساير كشور ها، روايت پژوهي در حرفه معلمي و اهداف و رويكرد هاي آن مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفته هست. هدف مقاله حاضر، تعريف روايت پژوهي به شكل كامل و صحيح و همچنين تاثير و اهميت آن در حرفه معلمي و چگونگي توسعه حرفه معلمي از لحاظ آموزش، دانش و آگاهي به وسيله روايت پژوهي مي باشد. شيوه به كار رفته در اين پژوهش، مطالعات كتابخانه اي و همچنين استفاده از تحقيقات ميداني جهت بررسي عملكرد معلمان، دانشجو معلمان و دانش آموزان در موارد مختلف مي باشد.

In the current research, the importance of narrative research, its impact, advantages and disadvantages of its implementation or non-implementation in the teaching profession, and also the educational system have been discussed. Considering the great importance of the teaching job in all educational systems, every society needs to pay special attention to the teaching job and profession for all-around development and progress. In this article, the nature of narrative research, the reasons for its need, the comparison of narrative research in Iran with other countries, narrative research in the teaching profession, and its goals and approaches have been discussed. The purpose of this article is to define the research narrative completely and correctly, as well as its impact and importance in the teaching profession and how to develop the teaching profession in terms of education, knowledge, and awareness through the research narrative. The method used in this research is library studies as well as the use of field research to investigate the performance of teachers, student teachers, and students in different cases
