فن‌آوري‌‌هاي ديجيتال قواعد بازي را تغيير مي‌دهند. پتانسيل كاهش هزينه‌‌ها به‌واسطه كاربرد ابزار‌ها و راه‌حل‌‌هاي جديدي كه فرصت‌‌هاي تاز‌هاي براي م‌هار هزينه‌‌ها فراهم كرد‌هاند، مشهود شده است. پيشرفت‌‌هايي نظير پردازش ابري، فناوري‌‌هاي قدرتمند مشاركتي، استانداردسازي و صنعتي شدن به‌طور چشمگيري نگرش مديران فناوري اطلاعات را در خصوص كاهش هزينه‌‌ها به‌كمك فناوري اطلاعات و معرفي تجارب نوآورانه كاهش هزينه و منافع قابل توجه آن براي كل كسب‌وكار تغيير داده است. تعامل مناسب فناوري اطلاعات و كسب‌وكار از مولفه‌‌هاي كليدي در تحقق كاهش هزينه است. به‌منظور دست‌يابي به همگرايي قدرتمند ميان كسب‌وكار و فناوري اطلاعات، پلت‌فرم‌‌هاي فناوري اطلاعات بايد چابك‌تر و انعطاف‌پذيرتر از گذشته باشند. هدف تحقيق حاضر تعيين تأثير خدمات الكترونيكي بر كاهش هزينه‌‌هاي مالي در شركت آب و فاضلاب استان گلستان مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليۀ كارشناسان مالي و مشتركين شركت است كه تعداد آن‌ها 49 نفر مي‌باشد كه با توجه به جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد نمونه 47 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و براي تحليل داده‌‌ها از روش رگرسيون استفاده شده است. در تحقيق حاضر از روش توصيفي پيمايشي استفاده شده است. يافته‌‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهند كه كاهش مراجعات مشتركين به جهت استفاده از خدمات الكترونيكي، استفاده از سامانه مالي و حسابداري الكترونيكي در نظام اداري، استفاده از مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي الكترونيكي در نظام اداري، استفاده از مديريت منابع انساني الكترونيكي در نظام اداري و استفاده از برنامه‌ريزي اجرايي الكترونيكي در نظام اداري بر كاهش هزينه‌‌هاي شركت آب و فاضلاب استان گلستان اثر دارد.

Digital technologies change the rules of the game. The potential to reduce costs has been evident through the use of new tools and solutions that have provided new opportunities for cost control. Advances such as cloud processing, powerful collaborative technologies, standardization and industrialization have dramatically changed the attitude of IT managers regarding cost reduction with the help of IT and the introduction of innovative cost reduction experiences and its significant benefits for the entire business. The proper interaction of information technology and business is one of the key components in realizing cost reduction. In order to achieve powerful convergence between business and information technology, information technology platforms must be more agile and flexible than in the past. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of electronic services on reducing financial costs in the water and sewerage company of Golestan province. The statistical population of the research is all the financial experts and subscribers of the company, whose number is 49 people, according to the table of Karjesi and Morgan, the sample number was 47 people, and the regression method was used to analyze the data. In this research, a descriptive survey method has been used. The findings of the research show that the reduction of subscribers references to use electronic services, the use of electronic financial and accounting systems in the administrative system, the use of electronic management and planning in the administrative system, the use of electronic human resources management in the administrative system, and the use of executive planning Electronic in the administrative system has an effect on reducing the costs of the water and sewage company of Golestan province.
