بررسي رابطه بين صفات مشتركين و ويژگي‌هاي ارائه خدمت با پرداخت به موقع قبوض مطالعه موردي مشتركين روستايي شهرستان راميان

Investigating the relationship between subscribers attributes and service delivery characteristics with timely payment of bills a case study of rural subscribers in Ramyan city

رشد جمعيت و افزايش ميزان تقاضاي آب در روستاها، محدود بودن منابع تأمين و افزايش هزينه‌هاي تأمين آب با كيفيت موجب شده تا شركت آب و فاضلاب استان گلستان به تدوين راه‌بردهاي لازم در جهت تأمين آب شرب بهداشتي سالم براي مشتركين خود بپردازد. يكي از مهم‌ترين مشكلاتي كه شركت‌هاي آب و فاضلاب به‌طور مداوم با آن سر و كار دارند مسأله وصول آب‌بها مي‌باشد. مهم‌ترين منبع تأمين اعتبار لازم براي فعاليت اين شركت‌ها آب‌بها مي‌باشد. با توجه به اين واقعيت، در اين تحقيق تلاش شده است عوامل مؤثر بر پرداخت قبوض آب‌‌بهاي مشتركين امور آب و فاضلاب شهرستان راميان مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. تحقيق حاضر رابطه بين رابطه بين صفات مشترك و ويژگي‌هاي ارائه خدمت با پرداخت به موقع قبوض آب‌بها در شركت آب و فاضلاب استان گلستان موزد بررسي قرار مي‌دهد. آزمودني‌هاي پژوهش 16757 مشترك از مشتركين روستايي شهرستان راميان بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور بررسي وجود ارتباط و نيز ميزان آن، بين متغيرها از آزمون همبستگي و رگرسيون استفاده شده و به‌دليل اين كه در اين تحقيق متغيرها كيفي‌اند از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده گرديده است. براي سنجش پرسشنامه‌ها كه به‌صورت محقق ساخته مي‌باشد، پايايي و روايي آنها مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه متغير عومل فرهنگي، اجتماعي و خانوادگي، فيزيولوژيكي و شغل اصلي و درآمد مشترك به‌ترتيب بيش‌ترين تأثير را بر پرداخت به‌موقع قبوض آب‌بها و تكريم و پاسخ‌گويي و قرائت و توزيع قبوض و كميت و كيفيت و عملكرد واحد اتفاقات به‌ترتيب از ويژگي‌هاي ارائه خدمت بيش‌ترين تأثير را در پرداخت به‌موقع قبوض آب‌بها دارند.

The population growth and the increase in water demand in the villages, the limited supply sources and the increase in the cost of providing quality water have caused the water and sewage company of Golestan province to formulate the necessary strategies to provide safe drinking water for its subscribers. One of the most important problems that water and sewage companies constantly deal with is the issue of water price collection. The most important source of financing necessary for the activities of these companies is water. According to this fact, in this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the factors affecting the payment of water bills by water and sewerage subscribers in Ramyan city. The present research investigates the relationship between the relationship between common traits and the characteristics of service delivery with timely payment of water bills in the water and sewerage company of Mozad Golestan province. The research subjects were 16,757 subscribers from the rural subscribers of Ramian city, who were selected by simple random sampling method. In order to check the existence of a relationship and its extent, correlation and regression tests were used between the variables, and because the variables are qualitative in this research, the Pearson correlation test was used. In order to measure the questionnaires made by the researcher, their reliability and validity have been confirmed. The findings of the research show that the variables of cultural, social and family, physiological factors and main job and joint income respectively have the greatest effect on the timely payment of water bills and respect and responsiveness and reading and distribution of bills and the quantity and quality and performance of the events unit in order of the characteristics of the presentation The service has the most effect on the timely payment of water bills.
