Designing and establishing a grooming system with the approach of dealing with Corona in the Qom Water and Wastewater Company

امروزه اجرا و بومي‌سازي الگوهاي تعالي در سازمان‌ها به‌طور چشم‌گيري باعث افزايش توانايي حوزه‌هاي مختلف در سازمان‌ها شده است. افزايش بهره‌وري و تعالي سازماني از جمله مفاهيمي است كه همواره تمامي سازمان‌ها به‌دنبال آن بوده و در هر مرحله از تاريخ به‌گونه‌اي آن را بيان نموده‌اند. يكي از الگوهاي اساسي در بهبود كيفيت، نظام آراستگي است كه روحيه، نشاط، ايمني و كيفيت را به ارمغان مي‌آورد. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف اجراي نظام آراستگي با رويكرد مقابله با كرونا در قبل و بعد از اجراي آن در واحدهاي اجرايي شركت آب و فاضلاب استان قم مي‌باشد، انجام شده است. اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي بود كه به‌صورت مقطعي در واحدهاي مختلف ساختمان‌هاي ستاد، مناطق و تأسيسات شركت انجام شد. اطلاعات بخش‌هاي موردنظر قبل و بعد از تغييرات توسط پنج چك‌ليست كه هركدام مرتبط با هريك از ابعاد نظام آراستگي طراحي شده بود و پنج فرم جهت ارزيابي، نظرسنجي و پيگيري مراحل كار، ثبت گرديد و اطلاعات مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان دادند كه با استقرار نظام آراستگي در واحدهاي مختلف شركت آب و فاضلاب مي‌توان انتظار داشت منافع اقتصادي، كارآيي، رضايت و بهره‌وري، بهداشت محيط و كاركنان و ارباب رجوع افزايش يابد. پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه ضمن تشكيل كميته نظام آراستگي، اين نظام درشركت به‌طور مداوم جهت تداوم نتايج صورت گيرد.

Today, the implementation and localization of excellence models in organizations has significantly increased the ability of different areas in organizations. Increasing organizational productivity and excellence is one of the concepts that all organizations have always been looking for and have expressed it in every stage of history. It brings quality. The present study was carried out with the aim of implementing the grooming system with the approach of dealing with Corona before and after its implementation in the executive units of the Qom Province Water and Sewerage Company. This research was descriptive and cross-sectional in different units. The buildings of the headquarters, areas and facilities of the company were completed. The information of the desired sections before and after the changes were recorded by five checklists, each of which was designed related to each dimension of the grooming system, and five forms for evaluation, survey and follow-up of work steps. And the information was analyzed and reviewed. Conclusion: With the establishment of the grooming system in different units of the water and sewage company, it can be expected that the economic benefits, efficiency, satisfaction and productivity, health of the environment and employees and clients will increase. It is suggested that in addition to the formation of the grooming system committee, this system should be continuously implemented in the company for the continuation of the results
