Methane production from anaerobic digestion process of cellulose is a process can be modeled as a biochemical reaction kinetics. The main objective of this study is to solve this mathematical model. The model provides a system of ordinary differential equations. For solving this coupled and nonlinear system, a method is constructed based on the universal approximation capability of a three layer feedforward sigmoid-weighted neural networks with Adam optimization learning algorithm. This method is illustrated with simulation results.
