دنيايي كه امروزه در آن بسر مي‌بريم سرشار از پيچيدگي‌ها و مسائل مختلفي است كه نيازمند آن است تا در مورد اين مسائل و پيچيدگي‌ها تفكر بيشتري گردد. يكي از مهارت‌هاي بسيار مهم شناختي در مديران براي حل اينگونه مسائل، تفكر سيستمي مي‌باشد كه در سال‌هاي اخير مورد توجه بسياري از پژوهشگران واقع شده است. اين روش با يكپارچه‌سازي قصد دارد سيستم‌ها را به شكلي جامع‌نگرانه مشاهده نمايد. تفكر سيستمي در عمل مديران را به داشتن روابط متقابل، ديدگاه‌ها و مرزها تشويق مي‌نمايد. در اين پژوهش كه پژوهشي توصيفي با تكيه بر مرور و تحليل ادبيات مي‌باشد، پس از ارائه كوتاهي از مقدمه و بيان مسئله، به تشريح مباني نظري در اين حوزه پرداخته و سعي شده است تا با بررسي پيشينه‌هاي داخلي و خارجي در اين خصوص به اهميت تفكر سيستمي در حوزه‌هاي مختلف پي برده شود. در بخش پاياني پيشنهادهايي براي بكارگيري بهتر از تفكر سيستمي براي حل مسائل و چالش‌هاي گوناگون ارائه شده است.

The world we live in today is full of complexities and various issues that require more thinking about these issues and complexities. In this research, which is descriptive research based on literature review and analysis, after a short presentation of the introduction and statement of the problem, the theoretical foundations in this field have been explained and an attempt has been made to examine the importance of thinking by examining internal and external backgrounds in this regard. To realize a system in different fields. In the final section, suggestions for better use of systems thinking to solve various problems and challenges are presented.
