    In this study, we investigate the influence of adding a minute amount of zirconium (Zr) to an aluminum (Al) alloy at a temperature of 660 degrees Celsius. The addition of Zirconium results in the formation of the Al3M_DO23 phase, which effectively inhibits grain growth, leading to increased stress and tensile stress within the alloy. Despite of increase density, which has reached 3.9g/cm3, aluminum- zirconium alloys find applications in various industries such as automotive, military and more.
