Factors affecting teacher efficiency in cyberspace

در جهان كنوني كه به عصر ارتباطات شهرت يافته، فناوري اطلاعات و به دنبال آن فضاي مجازي تمامي عرصه‌هاي مختلف زندگاني انسان را تحت تأثير قرار داده است. درگذشته نه‌چندان دور براي آموزش از شيوه‌هاي سنتي استفاده مي‌شد كه ساليان دراز در نگاه معلمان و دانش‌آموزان همين روش از كارآمدي برخوردار بود، اين شيوه محدوديت‌هاي زماني و مكاني داشت و هيچ ارتباطي جز در مدرسه براي دانش‌آموزان ميسر نبود؛ بنابراين پس از شيوع بيماري كرونا، فضاي آموزشي تحت تأثير محيط جديد قرار گرفت؛ از اين روي مقاله حاضر با روش توصيفي – تحليلي، عوامل كارآمدي معلم در فضاي مجازي را بررسي كرده است. نتايج پژوهش بيان گر آن است كه لازمه‌ي داشتن تدريس مجازي كارآمد، دانش تخصصي، آشنايي با فناوري اطلاعات، روش تدريس و ارزشيابي شايسته و بايسته است.

In today s world known as the age of communication, information technology, followed by cyberspace, has affected all different areas of human life. In the not-so-distant past, traditional methods were used for teaching, which for many years were effective in the eyes of teachers and students. This method had time and space limitations and no communication was possible for students except at school; Therefore, after the outbreak of coronary heart disease, the educational environment was affected by the new environment; Therefore, the present article has investigated the teacher efficiency factors in cyberspace with a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research indicate that the need for efficient virtual teaching, specialized knowledge, familiarity with information technology, teaching methods and evaluation is appropriate and necessary
