Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has been a prominent therapy option in recent years for movement disorders, namely hand tremor in individuals with severe Parkinson s disease (PD). A common method for figuring out Parkinson s patients tremor is to use a closed-loop control system for deep brain stimulation (DBS) that includes a basal ganglia (BG) model. This study shows how to effectively control two parts of the basal ganglia (BG) at the same time: the subthalamic nucleus (STN) and the globus pallidus internal (GPi). This can help reduce Parkinson s tremor and the amount of stimulation that is needed. The use of this particular method yields a decrease in the magnitude of the applied field and mitigates the adverse consequences arising from the intensity of stimulation. The implementation of a super twisting sliding mode controller (STSMC) results in the stimulation of STN, while a partial state feedback (PSF) controller controls GPi. The simulation results pertaining to the stimulation of two locations inside the basal ganglia demonstrated a commendable level of performance. The simulation findings provide empirical evidence to support the claim that the suggested strategy is superior and more effective when compared to sliding mode control
