In this study, the influence of UHMWPE fibers on the toughness of denture base has been investigated. Fibers have been treated with sulfochromic acid to enhance the interaction between the fibers and the PMMA matrix. The samples included different percentages of fibers examined by fracture toughness test and FE-SEM to investigate the impact of fibers on the toughness of the denture base composite.
