TOWARDS AN IDEAL GLOBAL GOVERNANCEA DIVINE ECONOMICS APPRAOCH

Ideal governance has been dreamed by humans in every time through history. Theories of governance is evolving alongside the human experience of governing the institutions, and this process is continued in search of an ideal model encompasses various characteristics as highlighted in different models of governance. However, application of these models could not reduce widespread disorder [ فساد ]in most societies and states of the world. The present paper applies the Divine Economics, a more inclusive approach, that integrates conventional factors along with faith, religiosity, spirituality and reinforcement mechanisms to promote better governance, not only at state/government level, but also at other levels of human ecology. Among a large number of factors affecting productivity, efficiency, and transparency of a governance system, the paper focusses on the flow of information. Currently in the world flow of information across state, agents and clients follows vertical channel. The information flow is only one dimensional i.e. from top to bottom or bottom to top. This approach is suboptimal choice in the governance system. With minimum possible technical details, the present paper applies the Social Capital Matrix, a concept of Divine Economics, pertaining to the human’s ecological spheres that is the ‘Human self’, ‘Other humans’, ‘Other creations’ and ‘The Creator’. This holistic model would help in minimizing distortions and maximizing human welfare in the world, hence is in line with the objectives of good governance in the Era of Imam Mahdi who is said to establish an unprecedented form of government capable of achieving human’s material and spiritual excellence that would ensure justice, peace, and prosperity on the globe.
