THE OUTLOOK OF CREATIVE IDEAS IN MATHEMATICS

Creativity of mathematicians plays a vital role when new mathematical ideas are formulated. This paper makes effort to point out some definitions of creativity at the school levels and the professional levels based on mathematics education literature. Also, it concentrates on some criteria for new ideas in mathematics which can be considered creative ideas.
