FUSION FRAMES IN FINITE-DIMENSIONAL HILBERT SPACES

Fusion frames are an extension to frames that provide a framework for applications, providing efficient and robust information processing algorithms. In this paper, we study fusion frames in finite-dimensional Hilbert spaces. We show that the optimal lower and upper fusion frame bounds are the smallest and the largest eigenvalues of fusion frame operator, respectively.
