The impact of leadership style on employee motivation «Case study: credit institution branches SAMEN Fars province»

In this study, has been trying to pay attention to the importance of the leadership style of the managers in the Organization on the minds of the staff organization (even preferred over the front and its customers), in order to retain employees, the draw. Hence in this article is to examine the influence of leadership styles (transactional and nonintervention, transformative) impulse has been paid staff.
