Administrative Reforms with Regard to E-Government (Case study: Organization of Industry, Mine and Trade in Markazi Province, Iran, with Cooperation and Participation of the Studies Core)

The aim of the study is to investigate the administrative reform in organization of Industry, Mine and Trade in Markazi Province, Arak, Iran. In order to measure the research’s conceptual model’s variables, a 16- question questionnaire was designed and distributed among 214 employees in organization. In order to analyze data and investigate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, the structural equations model analysis and LISREL software was used. The results show all research hypotheses were accepted, it means that shared vision of e-government have positive effect on Attitude towards using and administrative reform, understand vision of e-government have positive effect on Attitude towards using and administrative reform, and Attitude towards using have positive effect on administrative reform.
