A new approach to solve Volterra's population growth model byVariational iteration Method

In this paper, we obtain an analytical approximation for Volterraʹs model for population growth of a species in a closed system by using variational iteration method. This method is one of the approximate methods which can be easily applied to many linear and nonlinear problems. The results show that the method provides a straightforward and powerful mathematical tool for solving Volterraʹs population growth model.
