Abstract
In order to survive, all world economics must have created differences one another because of the globalization. These differences are possible with non-substitutable goods and services. Organizational competencies are the key values of companies in the single global market. To provide sustainable competitive advantages, core competencies of organizations force organizations to create strategic alliance. The organizations with strategic alliance have more advantages in the global market. The purpose of this study is to point out the importance of core competencies on the procedures of strategic alliance of organizations and identify the contributions of core competencies on organizations.
