Abstract
Organizational entrepreneurship (intrapreneurship) can be affected from organizational and individual variables. This study was developed considering locus of control and organizational justice could have an effect on intrapreneurship and having three variables together, locus of control, which is a personality variable, could have a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational justice perception and organizational entrepreneurship. Aforementioned relationships and effects were investigated on the data gathered with the questionnaire technique from 149 public sector employees. Results showed that either organizational justice had an effect on intrapreneurship or locus of control had a moderating role on the relationship between organizational justice and intrapreneurship.
