Abstract
In recent years, artificial neural networks have been applied in many areas and it is one of the most commonly researched methods. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) techniques are effective for the complex and non-linear models. ANN research techniques are applied to various fields such as classification, optimization, forecasting, recognition, modeling and learning. This paper introduces basic structure and working architecture of artificial neural networks. Weather temperature has been estimated for Adana city with artificial neural networks for the application part. The various statistical normalization techniques used with by combination of learning techniques. As a conclusion, it has been shown that artificial neural networks can be used successfully to estimation future by using data normalization and learning techniques.
