Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the level of relationship between transformationalleadership and organizational justice. The study consists of 350 teachers working in primaryschools in Ağrı. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5–x short (MLQ) Turkish version wasused to determine transformational leadership behaviors of primary school principals.Organizational justice questionnaire was used in order to determine the level of organizationaljustice behaviors of teachers. According to the findings of the study, primary schoolprincipals do not exhibit transformational leadership behaviors at optimum level. Generally,there is a positive and meaningful relationship between transformational leadership andorganizational justice. According to the results of the regression analysis, transformationalleadership predicts organizational justice. The study reveals that idealized influence,inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation are meaningful predictors oforganizational justice.
