Abstract
Our knowledge about the teaching of either oral or written composition in Turkish comes from Western origin. However, it’s fact that we are not able to have enough information due to uncompleted translations on the subject. Our teachers can not reach to the right sources. Due to lack of these education technics the leadership of our teachers can not be enough. Without knowing of the meaning of the term “composition”, our students pass high school education. In this article, from the translation studies we have made about the subject, the applicable ones to our language and education will be reported.
