Abstract
The aim of this study was detection of the cells that transfected with recombinant glycoproteins (G) of bovine ephemeral fever virus (BEFV) by immunoperoxidase (IP) method. For this aim, the recombinant vector pcDNA4/HisMax (pcDNA4-G) including BEFV G gene was transfected into Vero cells. Immunoperoxidase (IP) method was used to investigate the intracellular localization of G protein expression using the spesific monoclonal antibody for BEFV G protein. According to our results, the IP method is affordable, rapid and suitable detection method for screening of transfections and expression.
