Abstract
Turkey has become a party to the Montreal Convention and it has came into force for Turkey on 26 March 2011. Provisions of the Convention will also be applicable to Turkish domestic air carriage as a result of the references made in the Turkish Civil Aviation Act. This article focuses on the effects of the Convention to Turkish domestic air carriage and it also briefly examines the changes brought by the Convention.
